Vibember.
A month of making things.
Against your better judgement.
Vibe code something every day of November. A website, a game, a tool, a tiny digital oddity. Whatever you can imagine and persuade a computer to do.
Find your first idea No sign-up. No judges. No reasonable excuse.01 / The guidelines
A very loose
definition of rules.
A little structure.
An unreasonable amount of freedom.
- 01
Make a thing.
Use AI to help you code something each day in November. Big project or small experiment; website, game, software, anything. You bring the idea. The machine brings its characteristic confidence.
- 02
Follow a prompt. Or don't.
Each day has a suggested theme below. Use it as a starting point, interpret it very loosely, or wander off entirely. Inspiration, not homework.
- 03
Show your working.
Share a link, a screenshot, a video, or a small tale of what went wrong. Use #vibember so others can find it. Showing a friend also counts. Your friend has been warned.
- 04
Do it again.
Aim for all 30 days. Every other day or once a week is welcome too. Miss a day? Carry on. This is a creative habit, not a court summons.
A working prototype is plenty. So is learning something from a broken one.
02 / The prompts
Thirty starting points.
Zero binding commitments.
One word for each day of November. Take it literally, follow a strange association, or go somewhere else entirely. The word will not be offended.

03 / The fine print
Reasonable questions.
Mostly reasonable answers.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Beginners and experienced developers are both welcome. Ask an AI coding tool for help, try what it gives you, and learn as you go. Understanding a little more by the end is a perfectly good result.
Which tools should I use?
Whatever you like. Any AI coding assistant, any language, any framework. Use the tools you have. Buying a new subscription is not a prerequisite for having an idea.
Does it have to be a new project every day?
No. Make a tiny standalone thing, add a feature to a bigger project, or remix something you made earlier. Just make some progress that day. Renaming a folder is technically progress, but you can probably do better.
What if I miss a day?
Pick up where you are. Skip a prompt, catch up, or ignore the calendar entirely. Nobody is checking your attendance. We have our own unfinished projects.
Where do I post? Is there a prize?
Post wherever you already share things, with #vibember if you'd like to be found. A private demo to a friend counts too. No submissions portal, no judging, no prize. Just a collection of things that didn't exist in October.
Your browser tabs were going to multiply anyway.
